With 50 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and a co-working area among many amenities, this shared space lets you get up close and personal with other creatives without breaking the bank!

Residents are given 24/7 access so they can feel at ease whenever they need it as well as community events that foster networking opportunities to meet people who have similar goals while staying connected not only across business groups but also individual projects.

We want to make life as easy for you as possible. That's why we have more flexible leasing options than most of our competitors! You can opt from a month-to-month lease or choose the four-month option, with an optional extension if your needs change later on and extend it another 4 months.
We are only accepting applications for our San Francisco, CA location. We are currently not offering any other locations.

Our single rooms have a starting price of $1,550 when you decide on a month-to-month lease. If you're looking for a more long-term option, our 4 month lease for our single rooms is of $1,175 per month.

Our double rooms have a starting price of $1,050 when you decide on a month-to-month lease. Our 4 month lease for our triple rooms is of $800 per month. You can also decide to upgrade to a single during your stay, let us know and we'll work it out for you!

How our process works
Apply
Submit a quick application (takes < 2 minutes) so that we can get to know a bit about who you are and what you're looking for. After you submit your application, you will choose a time slot for a 10 minute phone interview.
Interview
In our phone interview, we get to know you better, and we're also happy to answer any and all questions that you have. We've found that this phone interview is the most effective way to vet members, and answer everyone's questions.
Tour/ Sign
Once you're accepted, you can tour any of our locations (either in-person or virtually), and can sign right away. Our whole process from start to finish is VERY quick (< 15 mins total from applying to signing if you're accepted). You can move in 2 days after signing, pending a credit/background check.
