We offer month-to-month and 4-month leases with the ability to extend onto a discounted month-to-month lease once the original 4 months are over.*
Double rooms start at $900 for a month-to-month lease or $800 when you sign a 4-month lease.
Utilities & Daily Cleaning: $150 Flat rate for all room types (Includes internet, energy, water, house supplies, garbage, maintenance, and fire alarm)
By choosing to live with us, you'll be able to save time and energy by not worrying about a tedious vetting process. We've already done the hard work for you- all of our residents have gone through an extensive screening process before we ever let them move in!
*This only applies if you chose the 4-month lease as your initial lease. Once the 4 months are over you'll be moved to a discounted month-to-month lease. We encourage you to ask us about the discounted rate after the initial 4-month lease!
