We offer month-to-month and 4-month leases with the ability to extend onto a discounted month-to-month lease once the original 4 months are over.*
Private rooms start at $1,400 for a month-to-month lease or $1,175 when you sign a 4-month lease.
Utilities & Daily Cleaning: $150 Flat rate for all room types (Includes internet, energy, water, house supplies, garbage, maintenance, and fire alarm)
You and your partner can also share a private room which is $150 extra. You'll be able to live together in our community while you enjoy everything that's included in the lease!
*This only applies if you chose the 4-month lease as your initial lease. Once the 4 months are over you'll be moved to a discounted month-to-month lease. We encourage you to ask us about the discounted rate after the initial 4-month lease!
