Here’s some next steps:
1. Immediately: Schedule an interview with us. If you do not speak English you must have a translator available as our team currently doesn't speak any other language.
2. After your interview: We’ll ask you to take a virtual tour with us.
3. After your tour: We’ll ask you to submit an application of lease which includes a background & credit check (this takes 2 business days to verify, and costs approximately $25).
4. After your background/credit check: you’re ready to move in and become a part of our Hive!

Private rooms starting at $1,400 or $1,175 with the initial 4-month lease.

Triple rooms starting at $800 or $675 with the initial 4-month lease.

Utilities & Daily Cleaning: $150 Flat rate for all room types (Includes internet, energy, water, house supplies, garbage, maintenance, and fire alarm)
